Article goes into deep detail about what you can do with the program Microsoft Word. and how you can implement certain bodies of text in certain styles for each type of document that you want to create here's a list of the documents that you might want to create. 

 

  1. Resumes 
  2.  cover letters  
  3. business letters  
  4. reports  
  5. proposals 
  6.  invoices  
  7. certifications forms  
  8. Flyers  
  9. brochures advertising inserts. 

 




It talks about shortcuts that you can take by downloading templates from the Internet and says several links to using them I don't find this very helpful throughout the document mainly because I'm looking how to get better design in Microsoft Word not the shortcut. 

the document also shows you how to insert logos keeping resolution high submitting images with high resolution or safety precautions you can take from stopping the program from crashing.

The document immediately stresses how important font is if a font is unreadable it says what's the point in having the document. It also stresses the weapons are the font size determine pointing out that a 12 point font is the lowest font you should ever use. he gives a number of fonts that are good to use in a professional environment seen below

  2. This is 12-point text in Verdana 
  3. This is 12-point text in Franklin Gothic Book 
  4. This is 14 point text in Times New Roman 


It also goes on to talk about how it is very important to implement new styles of layout into your document so that transferring it over to E version of the same file will not be a hassle here's 2 examples of what to do and what not to do.

 Tutorial 01 I did the 2D task in unity.
