Tutorial 02

Tutorial 02

After setting up my character and my map around me it was time to add in some more assets things like boxes enemies and buildings other sprites as well.

  • To do this we have to decorate the world we've created.
  • customize the way that unity renders our sprites
  • Reuse game objects using prefabs.

Adding objects in is plain and simple all you have to do is drag in this bright from the library supplied by the project and then you need to a
li's
script and correct settings to set object. Change your graphic settings we go to edit project and in camera settings we find transparency sort mode field this decides the order in which the sprites are drawn change from default and to custom accesses.

Now the tutorial tells you to go into specifics, but I refuse to do that I want to create my own worlds, so I have to fidget and move around what I do in order to get the world I want.

Next, I have to create as adjust all of my prefabs so that Ruby can interact with objects, she needs to be passing over or underneath them and not being able to walk into their location.
